​LOCAL SHIPPING:

Tel Aviv - Jaffa

Same day shipping is now available within Tel Aviv - Jaffa area. Since all of our products are handmade; we ask that you please confirm with us first that the products you have ordered are in stock and ready to be shipped.

Orders must be placed before 2pm

Rest of Israel

Orders leave our studio within 24-48 business hours, AND TAKE UP TO SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE AT YOUR DOORSTEP.

Your signature will be necessary and we recommend filling out your work address or the address you are in during the day.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

​Please allow 7 business days. You will receive an email with your order's tracking number. Once the package is processed you will be able to track it on the UPS website.

Packages may be subject to customs or duties upon arrival in country.  Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service.  The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs; unfortunately Candleroom has no control over this.

Products containing alcohol (including fragrance diffusers): Due to strict international transport regulations, we are not able to ship items containing alcohol (hence fragrance diffusers) to some countries, sorry about that… If your country is not listed in this section, we recommend that you order our essential oil blends instead as they do not contain alcohol and are therefore not subject to the same restrictions. If it’s an option for you, you can also change your delivery address to one of the countries listed here. Our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
